If the Supreme Court, in its "conservative wisdom", can give as many tools to the Grifter And Chief as possible, to help Break America, I can certainly bring back this remix forgeting about anything else having to do with the original video which creates debate.

Hip-hop star JAY SEAN has finally ended the BLACK EYED PEAS' reign at the top of the U.S. pop charts after 26 weeks.Nice.
The group spent half a year at number one on the Billboard charts with two consecutive hits, Boom Boom Pow and I Gotta Feeling, but Jay Sean will officially be crowned the new king of the Hot 100 on Thursday (10Oct09), according to chart experts.
His song Down moves up a spot to claim the number one. The track has sold 1.5 million downloads since its release.
