When did a humanitarians say we should train the military on cities?
I don't know about you, but I don't know any humanitarians who decided to pardon criminials that tried to overthrow the U.S.
I also don't know any humanitarians who've taken rights, privileges, and a sense of belonging from communities of color, the lgbtqia+ community, immigrants, and women.
