The race is on - and if you're a betting person - the odds on favorite has to be for the father and daughter team of Ron and Christina (who you know I'm rooting for) because they've pulled into first the last two legs of the race gaining momentum - including this last leg which secured their place in the top three earning them the right to race for the ultimate prize - 1 million dollars.
And while I'm still hoping for another Asian American reality winner - I do have a big soft spot for TK and Rachel who just seem like such a nice couple, and who I was rooting for to make up their time and get into the top 3 - which they did - and if they do happen to win the Amazing Race instead over Ron and Christina, that won't be such a bad thing either.

"Yellow Fellas" and you angry asian men
Friday, November 23, 2007Nice. Check out the article at the CBC Arts Media on the movie Yellow Fellas and its look at the angry asian man. Included in the article are also some interesting thoughts on how Asian men are looked at and portrayed in the media, and whether or not being too angry can be counter-productive. There's some good quotes and insight by Eric Nakumura from Giant Robot, as well as Tak Toyoshima of Secret Asian Man.
Check out the trailer for Tetsuro Shigematsu's film Yellow Fellas:
