While a jury will eventually decide the fate of Kevin Elberg (and who knows what that will mean) at least the process is still moving....well kind of...
I mean...I don't know...I guess I just feel like if you beat down a 64 year old guy and you have 20 years on him - it should be automatic.
Why get a jury involved?
The only question that really needs answering is if you get a hate crime added on to that...
