Last week I had heard the news that Stephane Gauger - Asian American and Vietnamese American filmmaker - had passed away in Saigon and while I didn't know him well, I did have the pleasure of corresponding with him in the past - and I just know he is and will be missed by so many people in the communities here and abroad in Vietnam. Anderson down at YOMYOMF wrote up a great post on his legacy and their friendship.
