One of the largest AAPI Women for Hillary “house parties” was held at Remy’s on Temple, in Historic Filipinotown, home to the first community of Filipinos who settled in America nearly a century ago. Venue host was Joselyn-Geaga Rosenthal, 2007 Chairwoman of the 5th Annual Historic Filipinotown Festival.
This was not a fund-raiser, but an awareness-raiser said Geaga, whose group aims to turn out 4 million votes for Hillary in California—2 million women and 2 million men.
