Because of the good folks down @ CAAM I was able to check out the film Off The Menu: Asian America and while I still owe a review (I'm okay with helping to ensure longevity) - I wanted to make sure and post this on up because if you do get a chance to see this movie by filmmaker Grace Lee, I highly recommend catching it because of the commanding stories from our community that all revolve around food and how that food, and process, can also help heal and bring together communities. Check out the site to learn more about the film as it has extra stories not in the film about food and Asian America.
